- Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Conditions: Returned products must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Non-returnable items:
- Innerwear, socks, or any hygiene-sensitive items
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

- Once your return is received and inspected, weβll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

- We offer free size exchanges for the same item (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

- We provide pickup service in select areas ZACCAI (PVT) LTD No 63/11A, KudaEdanda Road, Wattala
- For other regions, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please ensure your return is properly packaged and tracked.
